But, a thousand years before the Khmer Rouge there was the ancient Khmer Empire, a great civilization that ruled for centuries. It was a civilization where kings were worshipped as gods. It was a civilization that created one of the world's most spectacular wonders - Angkor. And Angkor is reason enough to visit Cambodia.

3 Days / 2 Nights:

Day 1 Transfer from Saigon to Chau Doc on the Mekong Delta. Sightseeing along the way and on arrival. One night accommodation at the Victoria Chau Doc Hotel. (L)

Day 2 In the early morning board the Victoria Speedboat and travel, via the Mekong River, to Phnom Penh. Arrive mid-afternoon. (B)
